Meet Your Regent Admins!

Santiago has been coaching soccer with Regent SC at various age groups for the last seven years. He is currently coaching the 14U Girls team, and the High School girls team in the Fall, as well as weekly trainings with our MAYSA and Gold program teams.  

Santiago grew up in the Madison area and has played soccer his whole life. He has played for a number of the clubs in the area including Madison FC, Verona SC, Madison 56ers, and RUSH SC. In addition to coaching youth soccer with Regent, he also coached the Freshman Soccer team at Verona High School and assisted with their Varsity team. 

Santiago is very passionate about soccer. He frequently watches soccer and continues to play soccer twice a week. Over the years, he has refereed both indoor and outdoor soccer games. 

Although Santiago intends to continue coaching in the future, he is excited to take on a leadership role as Director of Coaching for Regent. He is looking forward to continuing to learn more about the administration of Regent SC. He is particularly excited about the opportunity to help Regent's many volunteer soccer coaches as they work with their teams.

Jennifer grew up in a soccer family and has played in Madison most of her life.

She played for Regent, MYSC, Madison 56ers, & West High School. 

She currently plays in adult leagues at both TOCA & KEVA.

She is passionate about soccer and the Regent community. 

Regent Soccer Club is looking for an Executive Director to help lead the organization forward. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this position will be responsible for the overall direction and success of the club — from big-picture strategy to day-to-day operations.

About the Role

The Executive Director will guide the club in areas such as strategic planning, financial management, operations, staff leadership, and community engagement. They will also serve as Regent’s public face, representing the club with families, partner organizations, and the broader soccer community.

Key Focus Areas

• Strategic Leadership – Develop and carry out long-term plans that reflect Regent’s mission and vision.
• Financial Oversight – Build and manage budgets, ensure fiscal health, and lead fundraising and sponsorship efforts.
• Operations – Oversee programs, events, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth, efficient delivery year-round.
• Staff & Volunteers – Hire, support, and lead staff and coaches, while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
• Community Connections – Strengthen relationships with families, players, partner organizations, and other local clubs to make soccer accessible and welcoming to all.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader with proven skills in management, operations, and relationship building. Knowledge of youth sports, non-profit organizations, or soccer development is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who thrives in collaboration, is comfortable with fiscal responsibility, and brings energy and vision to advancing Regent’s mission.
