As of Fall 2024, ALL players regardless of age/program/league are required to have their birthdate verified. With the state-wide registration system, birth dates for each player need only be verified one time; the record is then kept with the state for as long as the player is registered with WYSA.

This is a one-time requirement -- If your player has not yet had their birthdate verified (either through Regent or another WYSA affiliated club), please be prepared to provide documentation when requested.

Players should have a current headshot uploaded to their profile.

Not all age groups require photo rosters, however it is a good idea to upload one just in case.

Players who are 18 years old or will turn 18  during the playing season are considered "Adult Athletes."

Adult Athletes may be required to complete a background check, as well as e-training (called SafeSport) in order to play.
