In accordance with the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) Risk Management Policy, ALL Regent "Team Staff" (volunteers, coaches, trainers, managers, etc.) are required to complete the Risk Management Requirements.
All Regent coaches, assistant coaches, and managers must be registered with WYSA as a Club Staff member in PlayMetrics, as well as complete the requirements needed to hold a state-issued Coach Pass Card (Staff ID).
To obtain a Coach Pass, staff members must complete 3 requirements known as Risk Management:
Upon completion of the requirements, the staff member will have a Verified status.
Staff members are able to check their status in their PlayMetrics account.
The club will provide staff members with their Coach Pass - staff members are also able to view their Coach Pass in PlayMetrics when in their WYSA Member Role.
**Note - this is a new process and subject to change.
Team Staff must navigate to their "WYSA - MEMBER Role" in PlayMetrics in order to access Risk Management.
From there, they will be able to see their Member Status and complete any requirements needed.
Staff members are able to upload a photo and complete the background check from their WYSA - Member role.
SafeSport training is completed through the US Soccer Learning Center.
