Instructions for Reschedules

If your team needs to reschedule a game, please do the following:

1.  Contact the other team's coach or manager.  Determine alternate dates and times.

2.  Contact the Field Coordinator to determine field availability.  For most Regent home fields, the contact is Craig Carlson (ccarlson@regentsoccer.org).  For Reddan Soccer Park, the contact is reddan@maysa.org.

3.  For rec games and U9-U10 in-house games, contact the Alliance Ref Assignor (alliancerefs@gmail.com).  State the teams involved, the new game date, time, and location, as well as the details of the game being rescheduled.  The ref assignor will contact the referee initially assigned to the game and work to find a replacement.
